So you think you need a MBA to be a leader? We can’t all get an MBA or go to Harvard for a Leadership Development program. Even if we could, these programs don’t teach us everything we need to know. Some of the smartest and most talented leaders don’t have big leadership degrees. They have life experience. Every experience in our lives have something to teach us if we are open to the experience.
